Swimsuit Q's, sizing, and care
One size, really?
We don’t do sizes at Youswim. We make three flattering styles (that's the Aplomb, Poise and Eva) — in a One-Piece, High and Standard Waist two-pieces — which all currently fit seven sizes in one. If you’re usually a U.S. 2 to 14 or UK/Aust. 6 to 18, these swimmers will fit you. They're ribbed, crazy-flexible, feel soft, thick, super luxe, and the simple shapes will equally flatter big-busts, no-bums and all the beautiful in-betweens.
Where do you make your swimsuits?
Our swimsuits are lovingly made in England to ensure the highest possible quality. That’s everything from the weaving of our super-stretchy fabric, design, cut, sew, and packing.
No sweatshops were involved in the making of your swimsuit.
What are they made of?
Our swimsuits are made using high quality, European-sourced nylon and elastane and woven in England. 88% nylon, 12% elastane.

Will my Youswim suit shrink or stretch over time?
Nope - not if you follow the care instructions above.
Is the fabric see-through/transparent?
Our swimsuits have been worn and tested by countless women, and they generally aren't sheer and offer full coverage. The only exceptions during our testing are Tangerine, Aster and Wasabi colours which prove to be slightly sheer on a small proportion of ladies.
Will you be able to see everything when it’s cold (if you know what I mean)?
No more than any other quality swimsuit (in fact, our luxe ribbed fabric can hide some little details). Our suits don't include lining, cups or padding which would limit their ability to adapt to your changing body.
Will it fit my extra-long torso? One-pieces are usually too short for me
Most likely! Seriously, it’s really stretchy - in all directions. Traditional swimwear material and fixed sizing doesn't leave you with much room to move, but our one-size suit is made to accommodate these beautiful variations in body shapes with ease - or Aplomb (sorry, we had to). Long or short torsos, big-busts or no-busts, we got you.

What about my DD/E/F's, will I get the support I need?
We're here for you! Our suits don't include any built-in bust support, but the super-flexible, seamless fabric will easily stretch to fit your D, DD, F or G's and the ribbing will lightly hug your curves in ways a typical swimsuit wouldn't —but this kind of support will come down to personal preference.
While all bodies are different and personal preference will vary, if you are looking for the most coverage and support we would usually recommend our Aplomb style.

Orders and returns
How can I pay for my Youswim order?
Youswim suits are sold via our online store only, where we accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We move quickly when it comes to processing your orders, and are usually unable to cancel orders before they paddle out our door. Send a message to hello@youswim.com pronto, and we'll see what we can do.
Returns, what's the policy?

Shipping
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship all orders the following business day, but we may need up to 3 business days to prep and ship your order during very busy periods.
If it's been more than 3 business days or you’d like to confirm the status of your order, check the tracking number we emailed you or send a quick note to hello@youswim.com.
Where do you ship to and how fast?
We ship worldwide, and for free!
All orders ship from the United Kingdom via DHL Express Worldwide and require 1-3 business days to prep for shipment.
We'll send you an email including tracking information as soon as it paddles out our door. Here's some shipping info for various destinations:

*Shipping timeframes are estimates only and shipments to areas outside of majors cities may take longer than estimated. DHL are super-fast but international shipping is complex, and the ongoing pandemic continues to be a challenge. We cannot be liable for any delivery delays, but will do our very best to keep you in the loop if we become aware of any that may impact your order.
You should provide a shipping address that will be attended during business hours since a signature is required on delivery of all orders. Any acceptance of the delivery on your behalf at your address constitutes evidence of successful delivery.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its movements. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, drop us a line at hello@youswim.com
What about duties, taxes etc?
If you are outside of the UK, please note you will be responsible for any duties or taxes on arrival to your country. Please be aware of any import responsibilities or duties you might be charged when the order lands on your side of the pool.
From 1st Jan 2021, shipments to the EU may attract VAT and other fees which you will be responsible for. You will be contacted by DHL or your local authority regarding payment of any charges once the shipment arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local authorities, not Youswim, and are your responsibility to pay.
Ethics and sustainability
Ethical production
Our suits are manufactured and packed in England. In agreeing to work with our English manufacturing partner, we sought to ensure production quality, fair living wage and benefits for workers, commitment to workers safety, and a dedication to minimising their impact on the environment. Being made in England, our manufacturing partners recognise the UK’s long tradition of health and safety regulations, as well as EU waste regulations and code of practice, and other strict regulations on industrial waste and worker safety.
Our swimsuits are sold direct-to-you, bypassing costly middle-men and wholesalers which would unnecessarily increase our environmental burden and our costs - and in turn, yours.
For the Youswim team, being ethical is about doing the right thing. No sweatshops were involved in the making of your swimsuit.
Sustainability
In our home town the team love to cycle, use public transport wherever possible, and make the most of car-sharing schemes. As far as our product goes - it’s made to last. Our packaging is reusable and 100% recyclable, and the swimsuit is made to stick with you summer after summer. A longer lasting swimsuit means it spends more time in the water and less time in the trash.
